Archdiocesan Senior Retreat

February 15-17, 2014

The Archdiocesan Senior Retreat is for anyone in his/her senior year of High School.  Our target groups are those who are home-schooled or attend public school as they may not have the opportunity to attend a parochial school-sponsored retreat; yet, the retreat is open to any interested senior.


The Goals of the retreat are to explore the following: 

           1. What is the WAY that I am living my life?

           2. What is the TRUTH about my relationship with Christ?

           3. How will I live out the rest of my LIFE?



Q.   How do I register?

A.   Complete the Registration Form & Parental Permission & Code of Conduct Form.  Forms must be turned into your  Youth Minister or mailed to Youth Ministry/OCE at the Archdiocese of Indianapolis so that it is received by February 7, 2014.

Q.    How much does it cost?

A.    The cost is $125.  Please make checks payable to the "Archdiocese of Indianapolis".


Q.    The school requests a note prior to granting my time off from school.  Is one available?

A.    A memorandum requesting absence from school is available.


Q.    Can the participant drive him/herself to the retreat?

A.    We ask that the participants please do not drive themselves to the Retreat.


Q.    Can the participant keep his/her cell phone in an emergency?

A.    We ask that the participant not bring a cell  phone.  In an emergency, there is a phone for the participant to use.


Q.    What if the participant needs medication?

A.    All medication (prescription and non-prescription) should be in the original container clearly labeled and turned in  at registration for security reasons.  The retreat staff does not stock over the counter medications.  Please submit the Archdiocesan Participant Medication Form at check-in, if applicable.


Q.    What if the participant has special physical, emotional or dietary needs?

A.    Please indicate on the registration form and contact our office PRIOR to the retreat.


Q.    What if the participant is going to be late?

A.    We ask that the participant make every effort to be on time.  It is very disruptive to the retreat environment to  have late arrivals.  If it is absolutely unavoidable or an emergency situation, please contact our retreat staff as  soon as possible.
